To illustrate the range of issues covered by a damp report, the link below takes you to the main report body for a phantom house. Being a dummy report, there is no introductory background information to put the survey into context, and none of the supplementary annexes listed in the contents are included. The issues described and the resultant recommendations, are all taken from a small selection of real investigations carried out over a 5 month period. The recommendations were specific to the buildings and context at the time, so should not be relied on as generic solutions to any damp problems.
